Our fee agreements with our clients are in writing.
For large, class action lawsuits on behalf of individuals, we typically do not charge our clients for legal fees or expenses, unless they recover money or other benefits.
Our fee arrangements are flexible, to suit your needs. We may agree to charge by the hour, on a flat fee basis, on a full contingency fee basis, or on a partial contingency fee basis (reduced hourly rate plus reduced contingency fee if successful).
Many of our cases are brought under “fee-shifting” laws, meaning that if you are successful the other side pays your legal fees.
We welcome proposals for creative, fair, alternative fee arrangements.
